Trading carries a high risk of loss
Trading leveraged products such as NAS100 CFDs and futures can lose you more than you expect. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Results are not promises
Payout totals, pass rates and student stories describe what others achieved. They don't predict or guarantee your results.
Crypto payments are final on-chain
RisePips cannot reverse a blockchain transaction. Check the network and amount before you send.
02Definitions
RisePips, we, us
The operator of risepips.com and the RisePips mentorship, community and partner program.
You
Anyone using the website or our services: visitors, applicants, students and partners.
Program
A paid RisePips mentorship tier: Starter, Pro or Master.
Access
The curriculum, playbook, Discord channels, live sessions and other materials included in your program.
Student
Someone whose payment has been verified and who has been granted access.
Partner
Someone approved to refer others to RisePips through a personal referral link or code.
Referral
A visitor attributed to a partner under section 08.
Commission
The amount a partner earns from a qualifying referred enrollment.
TxID
The transaction ID (hash) of a blockchain payment.
03Website terms
Using the website
By using risepips.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or our services. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, to apply for or buy a program or join the partner program.
Accounts and your responsibilities
Where you have an account (for example a partner account), keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away at support@risepips.com if you think someone else has accessed it. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Prohibited conduct
Sharing, reselling, recording, redistributing or publicly posting paid materials, sessions or Discord content.
Sharing your access with anyone else, or buying access on someone else's behalf to resell it.
Harassing, threatening or abusing students, mentors or staff.
Promoting other paid services, signal groups or schemes inside the community without permission.
Attempting to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website, dashboards or data.
Submitting false information, fake payments or someone else's transaction.
We may suspend or remove access for breaches of these rules. Where a breach is serious, for example sharing paid content publicly, removal is without refund (see section 06).
Third-party services
RisePips relies on third parties such as Discord (community), TradingView (charts), blockchain networks (payments) and our hosting and email providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their availability or conduct. Prop firms whose challenges you may take are independent of RisePips and set their own rules.
04Mentorship programs
Each program includes what's listed on the Programs page at the time you buy it. Access is granted after your payment has been verified, normally within 24 hours.
Duration of access
Duration of access follows your program: playbook access for one year on Pro and lifetime on Master; curriculum and community access while your membership is active.
Live sessions
Live sessions run on scheduled trading days. Times can change with markets, holidays or mentor availability; occasional cancellations aren't a breach of these terms, and we'll announce changes in Discord.
Mentoring
(for example weekly 1-on-1 sessions on Pro and Master) is booked within reasonable availability. Missed sessions you don't attend aren't carried over indefinitely.
Upgrades
Upgrades from Starter to Pro or Pro to Master credit what you already paid toward the higher program.
Community rules
Community rules posted in Discord form part of these terms.
05Payments
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on the Programs page. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout, including any valid partner discount.
Payment methods
We accept USDT on TRON (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC20), and Bitcoin, to the addresses shown at checkout. Always copy the address from the checkout page.
Verification
After paying you submit your TxID. We verify the payment on-chain before granting access. A payment counts once the full amount has arrived at the correct address on the correct network.
Network fees
Network fees are paid by you. If a fee reduces the amount we receive below the program price, we'll ask you to send the difference.
Partner discount
A valid partner referral gives 5% off. Codes are validated by our system; invalid, expired or misused codes don't apply.
Chargebacks and disputes
Crypto payments can't be charged back. If you think something has gone wrong with a payment, contact us first; we respond within 24 hours.
Taxes
Taxes that apply to you in your country are your responsibility.
06Refunds & cancellations
because a program grants immediate access to digital materials and the community, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where the law requires otherwise or as set out below.
24-hour review
If you have a genuine problem within 24 hours of your payment being verified, and before you've accessed the curriculum, playbook or Discord, contact us and we'll review it case by case.
Before access
If we haven't granted access, for example because we cancel or can't deliver your program, we refund what we received in full.
Overpayments
Overpayments are refunded to the sending address, minus network fees.
Wrong network or amount
If you send to the wrong network or the wrong amount by mistake, email us immediately with your TxID. We'll do everything we reasonably can, but we can't reverse blockchain transactions, and funds sent to a network we don't support may be unrecoverable.
Removal for breach
If access is removed because of a serious breach of these terms, no refund is due.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency to an address you confirm in writing, normally within 7 business days.
Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected. Where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be excluded, those rights apply.

01Waitlist terms
What the waitlist is
The RisePips waitlist lets you register your interest in a program before enrollment opens. Joining is free, takes about two minutes, and doesn't commit you to buy anything.
Applying
To apply you give your name, email, the program you're interested in, and optionally your Discord username, trading experience and a note. The information must be accurate and about you. One application per person; duplicate or automated applications may be removed.
Review and decisions
Every application is reviewed by hand, usually within 24 to 48 hours. An application can be accepted or declined. We may decline an application at our discretion, for example where it's incomplete, appears automated, or doesn't fit the program. You'll receive an email with the decision.
What acceptance means
Acceptance confirms your place on the waitlist. It doesn't enroll you, grant access to any materials, or reserve a specific start date. When enrollment opens, accepted applicants are invited first.
Partner discounts
If you applied through a valid partner link or code, the 5% partner discount is held for you and applied when you enroll, provided the partner's account is still active.
When enrollment opens
We'll email everyone on the waitlist. Enrollment then follows the normal process in the Payments section, at the program prices and contents shown at that time. Prices or contents may change before enrollment opens.
Emails
By applying you agree to receive emails about your application and about enrollment opening. These are service emails, not marketing. You can ask to stop them at any time.
Leaving the waitlist
You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing support@risepips.com. We'll delete your application within 7 business days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
08Partner program
Joining
Partners are approved by hand. Approval isn't a fixed-term contract: either side can end the arrangement at any time. We may decline or remove partners at our discretion, for example for breaching these terms.
Attribution
A visitor is attributed to the last partner link or code they used, for 90 days from that visit. Attribution relies on browser storage (section 10); if a visitor clears it or uses another device, attribution may be lost. A valid code entered at checkout always applies. Our records decide attribution.
Commissions
Commission is 10% of the amount paid for Starter, 15% for Pro and 20% for Master, unless a different rate was agreed with you in writing.
A commission becomes approved only after the referred payment has been verified. Until then it is pending.
No commission is earned on your own purchases, on purchases by people at your household or organisation made to obtain commission, or on payments that are refunded or found to be fraudulent. Commission already paid on such payments may be reversed.
Payouts
You can request payout of your approved balance from your dashboard, to a payout method you've saved (USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, USDC ERC20 or Bitcoin).
Payouts are reviewed and normally sent within 7 business days of the request. You're responsible for giving a correct address; payments sent to an address you provided can't be recovered.
Network fees may be deducted. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Promoting RisePips
Be honest. Don't promise income, profits, funding or pass rates, and don't present results as typical.
Always make clear you may earn a commission when you share your link.
No spam, unsolicited messages, fake reviews, fake accounts, or misleading ads. No bidding on RisePips brand terms in paid search.
Don't impersonate RisePips or its mentors, or create websites or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
Use only the official assets from your dashboard, and follow the platform rules where you post.
Breaking these rules can lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commission connected to the breach.
09Privacy policy
What we collect
Waitlist and enrollment
Waitlist and enrollment name, email, Discord username, program choice, experience level, any notes you add, and for payments the network and TxID.
Contact form
Contact form name, email, topic, Discord (optional) and your message.
Partners
Partners name, email, username, a hashed password, platform details from your application, and the payout addresses you save. Payout addresses are stored encrypted and shown to you only in masked form.
Referral analytics
Referral analytics when someone follows a partner link, we record the partner code, the time, the landing page, any campaign (UTM) tags in the link, a device category (mobile, tablet or desktop) and a random visitor identifier that we store only in hashed form. We don't record your IP address or full browser details for this.
What we never collect
Bank details, card numbers, passport or ID documents, or credentials for any financial account. We'll never ask for them.
How we use it
To review applications, verify payments, give and manage access, provide support, calculate partner commissions and payouts, send the emails you'd expect (confirmations, decisions, account and payout notices), keep the website secure, and understand which partner links work. If you start a checkout and enter your email but don't complete it, we may send you one reminder; you can unsubscribe from it. We don't sell personal data and don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run RisePips (hosting, email delivery, Discord for community access), under their own privacy terms, and authorities where the law requires it. Partners see referred people only in masked form (for example J***** D*****, j*****@gmail.com).
Legal bases
Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service and measuring referrals, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
Retention
Membership and payment records are kept while your membership is active and as long afterwards as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Waitlist and contact data are kept until you ask us to delete them or they're no longer needed. Referral analytics are kept for the life of the partner account.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email support@risepips.com; deletion requests are completed within 7 business days, except where we must keep records by law. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, hashed passwords and encrypted payout details. No system is perfectly secure; we'll tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data as the law requires.

Mentors show how they trade; that isn't advice tailored to your situation.
The risk of trading
Trading leveraged products such as NAS100 CFDs and futures carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Leverage can work against you as much as for you, and prices can move fast, including gaps outside trading hours. Most retail traders lose money. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.
Your decisions, your responsibility
You alone decide whether, when and how to trade, and you're responsible for the results. Consider your experience, objectives and financial situation, and get independent advice from a licensed professional if you're unsure.
Results and statistics
Figures such as total community payouts, funded traders and pass rates describe past outcomes of some students under the conditions stated, for example "Phase 1, first attempt, for students who follow the framework". They aren't typical results, they aren't a forecast, and past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.
Examples and illustrations
Charts, trade examples and dashboards on this website may be sample data created for teaching, and are labelled as such. They don't represent real trades unless clearly stated.
Prop firms and funded accounts
Prop firm challenges, funded accounts and their payouts are provided by independent firms under their own rules. RisePips isn't a prop firm, doesn't control their decisions, and isn't responsible for rule changes, account closures or withheld payouts.
Third-party tools and markets
Brokers, platforms, data feeds and charting tools are run by third parties. Outages, slippage, spreads and errors on their side can affect your trading and are outside our control.
No guarantee of income
Completing a program doesn't guarantee that you'll pass a challenge, get funded or earn money. Partners also may not present RisePips as a way to make guaranteed income (see the Partner Program Terms).
12Intellectual property & content
The RisePips name, logo, website design, playbook, curriculum, recordings, charts and materials belong to RisePips or its licensors. Students receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for their own learning during their access. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or use them to create competing products. Partners may use the official assets provided in their dashboard only to promote RisePips under section 08.
13Liability & disputes
The website and services are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, RisePips isn't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
If you have a complaint, email support@risepips.com first. We respond within 24 hours and will try to resolve it fairly and quickly.
14Changes & contact
We may update these terms and policies. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we'll give notice on the website or by email. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
